Planning Aid for Scotland is committed to providing impartial advice, information, training and support on planning and environmental matters for citizens and community groups across Scotland regardless of location, socio-economic status, employment, disability, age, gender, religion and ethnicity.
Our written publications are already available in several languages and we endeavour to ensure that our events and meetings are accessible to all. Our research programme aims to engage with many hard to reach communities.
We also try to ensure that our media are accessible to people who have visual, hearing, motor or cognitive impairments.
We are committed to making our web sites as accessible as possible to all users, including people with disabilities. We are guided by the requirements of the Disability Discrimination Act and our aim is to meet the World Wide Web Consortium’s internationally-recognised Web accessibility guidelines.
You can view the Planning Aid for Scotland website in a variety of browsers using all principal operating platforms. It has been tested in Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator and Firefox for Microsoft, Macintosh and Linux systems.
If you require detailed guidance on adjusting your browser or computer to meet your specific needs, we would recommend that you visit the Accessibility pages of the BBC website.
