Current Development Plan:

Angus Local Plan Review (February 2009)

TAYPlan Strategic Development Plan 2012-2032 (June 2012)

New Development Plan:

Under the 2006 planning reforms, Local Authorities are required to produce a new kind of Development Plan. In Angus, this will consist of the Angus Local Development Plan (LDP) and a Strategic Development Plan (SDP) called TAYplan. The SDP will cover the administrative areas of Angus, Dundee City, Fife (part of) and Perth & Kinross Councils.

Development Plan Schemes:

Development Plan Schemes are published annually, showing the progress made towards adopting Strategic Development Plans and key dates for community engagement.
