1. TAYPlan Strategic Development Plan 2012-2032 (June 2012)

2. Fife council has 3 adopted local plans:

• Mid Fife Local Plan (January 2012)
• St Andrews & East Fife Local Plan (October 2012)
• Dunfermline & West Fife Local Plan (November 2012)

New Development Plan:

Under the conditions of the Planning etc (Scotland) Act 2006, Fife will have to replace these new local plans with new Local Development Plan(s). Fife lies within both the Tayplan and SESplan boundaries for Strategic Development Plans.

Development Plan Schemes are published annually, showing the progress made towards approving Strategic Development Plans, adopting a Local Development Plan and key dates for community engagement.
